Two, medium-format, stadium projectors illuminate two blank pop-up books with photographic portraits of two friends. The viewer/participant can then turn the pages and play with the way the image is projected upon the folded paper. As the pages are turned, the mouths move, and the faces and eyes are distorted in a disturbing, yet comical way.
